By using eeroh.com, submitting a pilot form, or using the Eeroh service, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site or the service.

If you are using Eeroh on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these terms.

Eeroh is a software product and brand operated by Abutic, a sole proprietorship owned by Andrew Ceja. Eeroh is not a separate legal entity. Legal operator details: eeroh.com/company/.

The website describes the Eeroh product, pricing, and how missed-call recovery works. It is for general information. You may browse pages, use the illustrative calculator, and submit a pilot inquiry.

The calculator is an illustrative revenue opportunity, not a forecast or a promise of recovered jobs. Results depend on call volume, customer intent, response rates, booking rates, and job value.

You may not use the site to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, or misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

Content on the site may change. Features shown in mockups are illustrative of the product concept. Availability of any feature depends on setup, phone configuration, and carrier approval where SMS is involved.

The form at eeroh.com/demo/ is a request to talk about a 30-day pilot. It is not a self-serve signup, not a software license by itself, and not consent for us to text that business’s customers.

Submitting a form does not guarantee that we will offer a pilot, that a number can be provisioned, or that SMS will be approved by carriers.

Program description: When someone calls a participating local service business and the call is not answered, Eeroh may play a voice prompt offering a customer-care text. SMS is sent only if the caller presses 1. The business is notified and remains responsible for calling the customer back. Eeroh does not dispatch technicians, quote jobs, or book appointments.

The website describes this product. Features and availability vary by phone provider and configuration. Eeroh does not guarantee recovered revenue, booked jobs, or that every missed call becomes a customer. Eeroh is not a phone system, CRM, answering service, or dispatch platform.

Eeroh uses a dedicated number that routes to the business phone. It is designed to work alongside an existing phone setup. It does not replace the phone system, and it does not claim universal compatibility with every existing business number.

Current public pricing is one plan at $79 per month, with a 30-day free pilot, no setup fee, and no long-term contract, as described on eeroh.com/pricing/. That page is illustrative of the offer; a paid production account may include additional written terms before it is activated.

Paid Eeroh subscriptions for businesses will be covered by additional terms before a paid production account is activated. Using this website or the SMS program is subject to these terms.

The participating business is responsible for how it follows up with callers, for the accuracy of information it provides during setup, and for complying with applicable calling and texting rules in its own operations.

SMS is used to follow up with people who called a participating business, the call was unanswered, and they pressed 1 after the voice prompt. Calling the number by itself is not treated as SMS consent. Eeroh does not buy lists or send cold SMS.

Carriers and telephony providers may delay, filter, or refuse messages. We do not guarantee delivery of every SMS.

You may not use eeroh.com or the Eeroh service to send spam, to text people who have not consented through the documented flow, to harass anyone, or to violate law. You may not attempt to probe, overload, or disrupt the site or related systems.

The Eeroh name, logo, and site content are owned by the operator described on the company page. You may not copy, sell, or reuse them except as needed to view the site or as we expressly allow in writing.

The website and service are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that SMS will always be delivered, or that using Eeroh will produce any particular revenue or booking result. Calculator outputs are an illustrative revenue opportunity, not a forecast or guarantee.

Eeroh is not a phone system, CRM, answering service, AI receptionist, or dispatch platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Abutic and Andrew Ceja are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of eeroh.com or the Eeroh service. Our total liability for claims relating to the website or service will not exceed the amount you paid us for Eeroh in the three months before the claim, or $79 if you have not paid us.

Some places do not allow certain limitations. If those rules apply to you, some of the limits above may not apply.

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site or service after an update means the revised terms apply. If we activate paid production accounts, those accounts may also be governed by a separate agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
