SMS program
SMS program
How Eeroh missed-call texts work for participating businesses. No login. After an unanswered call, the caller must press 1 to receive a customer-care text.
How you opt in
- You contact a participating business by calling its published Eeroh-enabled phone number.
- If someone answers, it is a normal call. No SMS is sent because you called.
- If the call is unanswered and you are still on the line, you hear a voice prompt asking you to press 1 to receive a customer-care text about that inquiry.
- You must press 1 to receive the text. If you hang up, press any other key, or do not press 1, no SMS is sent.
- If you press 1, you may then receive a text regarding that specific inquiry. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Participating businesses
Each shop has its own dedicated Eeroh number and a public program page that names that business. Example: eeroh.com/p/abc-plumbing/

Message flow (for carrier review)
End users contact a participating local service business by calling that business’s published Eeroh-enabled phone number. If the call is answered, it is a normal voice call and no SMS is sent. If the call is unanswered and the caller is still on the line, Eeroh plays this voice prompt: "Sorry, we can't take your call right now. To receive a text message so you can tell us what you need, press 1. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out." The caller must press 1 to receive a customer-care SMS about that specific inquiry. If the caller hangs up before the prompt, does not press 1, or presses any other key, no SMS is sent. Calling the number by itself is not treated as SMS consent. Eeroh does not buy lists or send cold SMS. Message frequency varies (typically a few service messages for that missed call). Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. Privacy: https://eeroh.com/privacy/ Terms: https://eeroh.com/terms/ Program: https://eeroh.com/sms/ Each participating business has its own public program page under eeroh.com/p/ with that business’s name and dedicated number.
