Eeroh is a software product and brand operated by Abutic, a sole proprietorship owned by Andrew Ceja. Eeroh is not a separate legal entity. Legal operator details: eeroh.com/company/.

This policy describes how we handle information on eeroh.com and in the Eeroh service.

It covers three groups:

• Website visitors — people browsing eeroh.com, using the calculator, or reading product pages.
• Business inquiries — people who submit the 30-day pilot form or otherwise contact us about using Eeroh.
• Callers and participating businesses — people who call an Eeroh-enabled number, and the local service businesses that use Eeroh.

You can read this website without creating an account. There is no public self-serve login on eeroh.com.

You may browse product pages, pricing, FAQ, industry pages, and the illustrative missed-call calculator. Using those pages does not enroll you in Eeroh and does not opt anyone in to SMS.

Like most websites, our hosting environment may automatically collect standard technical data when you load a page. That can include your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, pages requested, and the date and time of the request. We use this to operate, secure, and debug the site — not to build advertising profiles.

The missed-call calculator runs in your browser. Slider values are not sent to us unless you also submit a form that includes similar information.

We do not sell website visitor information as a marketing list. We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or login passwords on eeroh.com.

If you submit the pilot form at eeroh.com/demo/, we collect the details you provide. That typically includes your name, business name, phone, email, industry, city, approximate missed-call volume, and current phone provider. We use that information to contact you about Eeroh, understand whether the product is a fit, and follow up on a 30-day pilot.

Submitting the form is a conversation request, not an automatic software signup and not SMS opt-in for your customers.

We may email or call you at the contact details you provided about that inquiry. We do not sell form submissions as a marketing list.

eeroh.com currently does not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or third-party analytics tags. We may use strictly necessary cookies or similar local storage if needed for basic site function.

Your browser may still store ordinary technical data, and our host may keep server logs, as described above. If we add analytics or marketing cookies later, we will update this policy.

You can control cookies in your browser. Blocking all cookies may affect how some sites work.

When a business uses Eeroh, we process call metadata (such as from/to numbers, time, and whether the call was answered) and SMS content needed to follow up on a missed call, qualify the request, notify the business, and operate the product.

We do not sell caller information to third parties for their marketing. Eeroh is not a CRM, call center, dispatch tool, or AI receptionist. We process only what is needed to recover a missed-call inquiry and return it to the business.

Message frequency varies (typically a small number of service messages for that missed call). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

We do not share mobile opt-in data or mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Calling the number by itself is not treated as SMS consent. SMS is sent only after the caller presses 1.

Eeroh does not buy lists or send cold SMS. These texts are customer-care follow-up for that specific unanswered inquiry, not advertising blasts, reviews, or win-back campaigns.

We use processors such as hosting, telephony, and (when enabled) AI providers solely to run Eeroh. They are not given caller data or website-form data to market their own products.

We may also share information if required by law, to protect the service or other people, or if the business using Eeroh needs it to follow up with a caller. We do not sell personal information.

We keep website form submissions as long as needed to respond to the inquiry and operate the business relationship that follows, then delete or de-identify them when they are no longer needed.

Call and SMS records for the Eeroh service are kept as needed to operate missed-call recovery, support the participating business, meet legal or carrier requirements, and maintain an audit of consent and opt-out. We do not keep that information longer than those purposes require.

• If you submitted a website form, you can ask us to update or delete that inquiry by sending a privacy request (see Contact).
• If you received an Eeroh customer-care text, reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• You can control cookies in your browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. If you are a California resident, you may also have the right to know what personal information we collect and to ask us not to sell it. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, use the contact method below and state that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify who is asking before we act.

eeroh.com and the Eeroh service are for businesses and adults. They are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy as the website or product changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of eeroh.com or the Eeroh service after an update means the revised policy applies.
